How to Register

In order to attend AnthrOhio, you must register for a Membership Badge, which will allow you to access the convention space.

Please note: You must present a government-issued photo ID stating your legal name and birth date to pick up your badge at registration.

Early Bird Registration pricing ends April 19, 2026.

Registration Information for Minors

If you indicated during your registration that you will be under 18 on May 22, 2026, please read the Code of Conduct for Membership policies regarding Minors.

Any attendee under the age of 18 MUST present a fully completed AnthrOhio Letter of Permission, which can be found here.

Please note: Notarization is only required if NO Legal Custodial Parent or Guardian will be present to sign in front of Registration Staff. Failure to produce this form will result in a badge not being issued. No exceptions will be made.

Registration Tiers

Refund Policy

Refund requests will only be honored until May 18th, 2026, with the exception of PhilAnthropist level memberships.

Any refund requests made after May 18th, 2026, but before May 24th, 2026, will be offered a rollover membership instead. All refund and rollover requests made beyond May 24th, 2026, will not be considered.

Refund requests for PhilAnthropist level memberships will only be accepted until March 15th, 2026.

If a PhilAnthropist membership refund is requested after March 15th, 2026, but before May 18th, 2026, the attendee will instead receive a partial refund at the value of Patron level, and the custom PhilAnthropist tier swag items will be instead shipped to the attendee.

If a Dealer�s Den or Artist’s Alley Space Fee refund is requested after March 15th, 2026 but before May 7th, 2026, the Fee will be refunded only if the Dealers’ Den or Artists’ Alley Team is able to fill the vacated Space. If a refund is requested after May 7th, 2026, AnthrOhio will not be able to refund Space Fees. The Dealer’s Den Spaces are tied to the Badge of the Individual that they were paid with, and are not transferable.
