Guests of Honor

2025 Guest of Honor:
Houndsaint

Houndsaint is a medievalist linocut printmaker based in Columbus, OH, who specializes in carving medieval and early renaissance style imagery, with a particular focus on storytelling, symbolism, and animal-influenced designs.

Houndsaint graduated from Columbus College of Art and Design in 2014 with a BFA in Illustration, and began selling art at conventions the same year, while muddling through with a few different day jobs, until finally going full-time in 2021.

Houndsaint started exploring printmaking not in college, but while working at an art store in late 2017, fiddling around and trying different media out, and it turned out to be the perfect fit.

“I’ve been fascinated with art history and a member of the furry fandom for most of my life, and I consider myself truly lucky to do what I do, it’s very surreal to spend my days in such a wonderfully creative community, and I’m so happy that my artwork resonates for so many!”
