Health and Safety Policy

The health and wellbeing of our attendees is important to us. While we strive to provide a safe and comfortable event for everyone, we understand that health and safety emergencies can arise at any time.

AnthrOhio does not currently have any restrictions or requirements for attendees regarding face coverings or other disease prevention measures. We encourage those who have weakened immune systems or other underlying conditions to take precautions to protect themselves. If you feel as though you have come down with an ailment prior to the event, it is strongly recommended that you avoid the risk of spreading the illness by staying home, wearing proper protective items, and/or avoiding groups of people.

In the event of natural disaster or active threat, please be vigilant, and avoid any hazardous areas. Seek shelter where most suitable and wait for the risk to pass before proceeding intoopen areas of the venue. Listen for and follow instructions from Hotel Staff or First Responders.

If you see something suspicious, say something to a member of AnthrOhio Staff or Safety Team.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency please contact 911.

We are actively monitoring for changes in this environment and will communicate any updates to this policy to pre-registered attendees via their email associated with their registration, on our social media platforms, and our website no later than 3 days prior to the start of the convention.

AnthrOhio does retain the right to make immediate changes to this policy if deemed necessary.
