Applications for DJs, Dealers’ Den, and Panels are now open!
DJ Applications
Applications for DJs for our nightly dance parties will close on December 15th. We will be bringing back our “Chill Dance,” our “Loud & Proud Dance,” and of course, “Dead Dog Dance.”
Dealers’ Den Applications
Applications for Dealers’ Den close on November 2nd, so be sure to download and read the 2025 Dealers’ Den Packet Information Packet that can be found on the application. Included are the table sizes, fee schedules, and other guidelines for Dealers (Table Fees will be due by December 23rd).
Panel Submissions
Applications for Panels Submissions will close on December 15th. With our new venue, panel room sizes will increase but this does not ensure your panel will be selected to be hosted.
