Terms of Service

1. I understand that I shall need a valid passport or state or federally issued photo ID that lists my Date of Birth, to pick up my Badge.

2. I understand that I will be required to sign acceptance of the AnthrOhio Code of Conduct before receiving my Badge, and adhere to that code of conduct while at any AnthrOhio venue.

3. I understand that my Badge is only for my personal use and may not be shared with any other individual.

4. I understand that if I am a Minor 14 years or older, I am required to have a completed Letter of Permission for Persons 14 to 17.

5. I understand that all sales are final. Should I have any questions or concerns about my purchase I will contact [email protected].

6. I understand that failure to follow the terms of service or code of conduct can result in forfeiture of registration and all associated fees, and impact my ability to register for future events.
