Refund, Rollover & Compensated Membership Policy

Refund Policy

Refund requests will only be honored until April 14th, 2025, with the exception of PhilAnthropist. See below section for PhilAnthropist level membership refund policy. Any refund requests made after April 14th, 2025, but before April 20th, 2025, will be offered a rollover membership instead. AnthrOhio reserves the right to offer a refund in lieu of a rollover request. All refund and rollover requests made beyond April 20th, 2025, will not be considered.

AnthrOhio will attempt to issue refunds to their original form of tender. If AnthrOhio is unable to complete a refund to the original form of tender, an alternative method will be discussed with the requester via email. AnthrOhio will make a best effort attempt to process refunds as quickly as possible, but may take up to 10 business days for refunds to be fully processed.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. AnthrOhio will not accept refund requests via private messages through social media platforms, messenger apps, or any other form of communication.

Rollover Policy

Rollover requests will only apply to the following year’s 2026 convention and will be at face value and any differences in price is the responsibility of the registered attendee. Rollover requests will only be honored until April 20th, 2025. Rollover requests are unable to be transferred to another attendee.

Compensated Membership Policy

Compensated memberships will only be honored for the upcoming 2026 convention year and will be valued at the price point they were originally issued. Refunds are not available on compensated memberships, and cannot be transferred to another attendee.

PhilAnthropist Refund Policy

Refund requests for PhilAnthropist level memberships will only be accepted until February 15th, 2025. If a refund is requested after February 15th, 2025, but before April 14th, 2025, the attendee will instead receive a partial refund at the value of Patron level, and the custom PhilAnthropist tier swag items will be instead shipped to the attendee. Any refund requests made after April 14th, 2025, will not be considered.

Dealers Den & Artist’s Alley Refund Policy

If a Dealer’s Den or Artist’s Alley Space Fee refund is requested after February 15th, 2025 but before April 7th, 2025, the Fee will be refunded only if the Dealers’ Den or Artists’ Alley Team is able to fill the vacated Space. If a refund is requested after April 7th, 2025, AnthrOhio will not be able to refund Space Fees. The Dealer’s Den Spaces are tied to the Badge of the Individual that they were paid with, and are not transferable.
